Why the delivery is delayed?

Please kindly understand that orders may take 7-14 business days to process.  

Also, for popular items, the preparation period for the vendor may be longer. Sometimes, the lack of material can cause the delay of re-stock which may delay the delivery. 
 

Although we always try our best to update the shipping schedule with the vendor, the shipping date is arrange by each vendor after the order was made. 

Shipment will begin when your items are ready, and you can check a tracking number on the My Orders Page 1~2 days after the shipment starts.

And please contact our CS team if you still have not received your parcel after 14 business days from the date tracking number is given.
