- Refund due to out of stock → A full refund without deducting the delivery fee
- Cancellation or refund due to customer's choice → A refund deducting the delivery fee. If the price of the canceling product is lower than the delivery fee, we will request an additional payment.
However, if there is a delay of more than 14 business days from the purchase date (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays), we will give a full refund without deducting the delivery fee even if it is due to the customer's choice.
